Multi-channel ultrasonic pulse generator receiver launched in China

ACS, a world-leading supplier of industrial inspection technology, today officially released the new generation A1052 MultiSONIC multi-channel ultrasonic pulse generator receiver, which is designed for multi-channel low-frequency ultrasonic applications. As the official authorized partner of the German ACS Group in China, Aston Technology announced today that its agent A1052 MultiSONIC multi-channel ultrasonic pulse generator receiver (multi-channel low-frequency ultrasonic signal generator) is officially launched in the Chinese market. This high-end device designed for multi-channel low-frequency ultrasonic applications will bring breakthrough solutions to fields such as materials science and industrial inspection.

 

A1052 MultiSONIC is dedicated to low-frequency ultrasonic data acquisition applications for high attenuation materials, such as:

 

* Pulse velocity testing;

 

* Pulse echo data acquisition;

 

* Position-related data acquisition synchronized with an external inspection manipulator;

 

* Time-related data acquisition synchronized with an external material testing machine (tensile test, compression test);

32 parallel transmit-receive channels for flexible system configuration;

 

Wireless data interface – connect to PC, smartphone or tablet via WiFi, Ethernet connection;

 

Compatible with all ACS dry point contact sensors (including longitudinal wave, shear wave and other types of sensors);

 

Flexible excitation frequency setting – any bipolar burst configuration (half-cycle duration, number of half-cycles) within the specified frequency range;

 

Versatile software developer toolkit – provides detailed documentation for system integrators;
